With the late summer harvest in peak season, we are excited to announce the roll-out of new light + fresh items to our seasonally-changing menu. Our menu, which changes four times per year, brings brighter, lighter fare and expanded vegetarian and gluten free options to the table, both in Roost’s second-story refined dining room and Revel’s casual street side lounge.
We’re featuring Summertime ingredients at their the peak of freshness like colorful heirloom tomatoes and zucchini. Everything is made in-house from scratch, from the house-made bacon lardon served in the Smoked Mac + Cheese and Heirloom Spinach Salad, to the hand-rolled dough used in our Vegetable Dumpling.

What’s New Upstairs at Roost
Upstairs, Roost’s dinner menu has expanded to include more vegetarian options, like the Summer Bruschetta, Tomato + Melon Salad, and Summer Vegetable Dumpling.
Our new chopped salad features bright flavors and colors, showcasing a blend of lettuce, Savoy cabbage, cucumber, red onion, tomato, macadamia nut, and tossed in a mango vinaigrette.
Enjoy more gluten free entrees as well while you overlook downtown Pittsburgh’s Market Square, including the Pan Roasted Scallops and Skuna Bay Salmon. Other new menu items at Roost include Butter Poached Lobster Tail + Chilled Shrimp, Heirloom Spinach Salad and a daily changing Market Seafood Feature. Fan favorite signature dishes such as BBQ Short Ribs, Shrimp + Lobster Gumbo and Shrimp + Grits return to the lineup.
Guests may choose from 3- or 4-course options from a prix fixe Theatre Menu, or order a la carte to create their own custom experience.

Fast + Fresh Communal Options Now Available Street Level at Revel
Groups can enjoy sharing the new communal options on the Revel dinner menu like Shrimp Tacos, Lobster Roll Sliders, Smoked Mac + Cheese, and Grilled + Chilled Shrimp Cocktail, all now available on Revel’s street side menu. Others fresh, seasonal items include Ahi Tuna Bites and Roasted Red Pepper Bean Dip.
Revel’s communal roasted pepper bean dip will make a vegetarian out of anyone at the table.
Revel is open for lunch Monday – Friday, where diners can enjoy the $14 Revel + Run deal, that now includes an expanded list of creative and flavorful sandwiches such as the new Bloomfield Panini.
