#Foodtripping takes diners to Kansas City this March

This March, we’re excited to reveal Kansas City as the next stop in our “#Foodtripping” destination-inspired menu series. Executive Chef Michael Zawojski will feature items showcasing the “the heart of the country,” featuring barbeque influences with dishes such as the Kansas City Barbeque Grill.

“One of the great things about Kansas City barbeque are the very unique flavors, which you can try in the first course served as a deconstructed style barbeque sampler,” said Chef Zawojski.

The Kansas City menu will offer a three-course option for $45 that highlights a different element of local cuisine. The entrees can also be enjoyed separately, as individual meals. For the full experience, diners can pair the experience with inspired hand-crafted cocktails.

The #Foodtripping series was launched in Fall 2018 and has featured foodie destinations including San Antonio, New Orleans, and the Pacific Northwest. The Kansas City menu will be available exclusively Fridays and Saturdays in March at Roost. Reservations are recommended.
